Join us on the first or last Sunday of each month for a peaceful journey of self-discovery and cultural immersion.
Begin with a tranquil meditation circle, allowing your mind to center and connect with the present.
Following the meditation, experience a unique facet of traditional Japanese culture—whether it's the serene art of the tea ceremony, the mindful practice of calligraphy, the rejuvenating embrace of forest therapy, or a deep dive into the timeless wisdom of Japanese philosophy, such as ichigo ichie (appreciating the moment), ikigai (finding purpose), or wabi-sabi (embracing imperfection).

To conclude, we’ll gather together to enjoy the simple comfort of freshly made onigiri and miso soup, sharing conversation and reflections from our experience. This event offers a rare moment of tranquility and connection, nourishing both body and soul.

Mindful Retreat weekend
July 10th-11th, 2024
In July, we had a wonderful retreat that left us with cherished memories.
It began with garden therapy and creating flower essences at Herb Pharm, followed by meditation along the Applegate River, mindful eating with the flower essences in the Applegate Gardens, an herb oracle reading, a shared Japanese meal, and ended with watching shooting stars at night...
Manifest Your Ideal Future: The Art of Intentional Journaling
July 7th, 2024 13:30-21:30
On July 7th, in celebration of Japan's Tanabata festival, I held a workshop on 'Manifesting Your Ideal Future through Journaling.'
This method, developed by Japanese billionaire astrologer Ichika Goyo, is a powerful journaling technique that helps turn your wishes into reality.
Normally, it's a 30-day, three-session course, but we offered it as a one-day in-person experience.
After the workshop, we shared a meal and made wishes upon the stars, making it a truly wonderful day.
Mindful meditation,
garden therapy introduction,
work party & gathering over Japanese food
May 26th, 2024 8:30-12:30
Join us for a meditation to connect with the earth, nestle with the plants while gazing at the mountains of Applegate. We will engage in mindful meditation in the morning sun, followed by an introduction to garden therapy and a rewarding work party.
This gathering is not affiliated with any specific religion. Take this opportunity to reconnect with yourself in nature. Following the meditation, we'll collaborate to care for plants and clean the fields during work party!
Afterward, enjoy a delightful gathering featuring Japanese tea and light snacks. We'll serve rice balls and Japanese miso soup made with vegetables from the garden. If you prefer, feel free to bring your own lunch to enjoy on the property.
As a gesture of appreciation, take home seedlings of tomato and cucumber to nurture in your own garden.
This event is free, with the only requirement being your participation in a brief 1.5-hour work session. Join us for a rejuvenating day surrounded by nature's beauty and community spirit!
